Our vision in starting Resonance was to develop long-term partnerships with our clients and provide best-practice business and legal advisory services through two distinct business entities, Resonance Companies, LLC and Resonance Law, PLLC. We understand that many emerging companies cannot afford to hire a full complement of executives across all business functions nor have a full in-house legal staff. Our goal is to provide expertise that complements the strengths of our clients management teams on an as-needed basis — keeping our clients fixed overhead low and maximizing their return on investment.
