Resonance Launch!

We are please to announce the launch of Resonance: a professional advisory group serving start-ups, rapidly growing companies, and companies in transition. Our vision in starting Resonance was to develop long-term partnerships with our clients and provide best-practice business and legal advisory services through two distinct business entities, Resonance Companies, LLC and Resonance Law, PLLC. We understand that many emerging companies cannot afford to hire a full complement of executives across all business functions nor have a full in-house legal staff. Our goal is to provide expertise that complements the strengths of our clients management teams on an as-needed basis — keeping our clients fixed overhead low and maximizing their return on investment.

Resonance professionals work out of their home offices and on-site with clients. This allows us to keep our cost structure low and offer very competitive rates to our cost-conscious clients. Working out of our homes and clients’ offices also significantly reduces the environmental impact of our business activities.
