Erika Stein Rosenhagen
Founder, President, and Attorney – Resonance Law, PLLC
Erika Stein Rosenhagen is the founder and president of Resonance Law, PLLC and co-founder of Resonance Companies, LLC. A member of the Minnesota Bar, Erika focuses primarily on providing legal counsel to her business clients. Erika also works in executive management of both organizations.
Erika began her legal career as an attorney in the Business Department at Rackemann, Sawyer, and Brewster PC in Boston, MA, advising for-profit and not-for-profit clients on a wide range of legal matters including general corporate formation and governance issues, financing (including private placement of securities, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, stock sales, bank loans, and debt transactions), employment, intellectual property protection and licensing, and tax issues.
As a consultant with Rosenhagen Business Advisors Inc., which she founded in Minneapolis in 2008, Erika provided business consulting services for leaders of emerging businesses, helping them to realize their dream of running a successful company. In addition to serving startups, she advised clients at various transition points, such as the introduction of a new partner, the launch of new product, and other growth drivers, and aided companies in designing and implementing exit strategies.
Erika is an alumna of Wellesley College and Northeastern University School of Law, an active member of the Minnesota Bar, and an inactive member of the Massachusetts Bar, and actively serves on several local boards. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Kerry Rosenhagen, and their two sons.
