Resonance was created by professionals who share a passion for nurturing the intelligent development of innovative businesses. The organization is comprised of two distinct companies, Resonance Law, PLLC and Resonance Companies, LLC, which together provide legal and business advisory services tailored to early-stage and high-growth companies as well as companies at key transition points. Legal services are provided solely through Resonance Law; business advisory and consulting services are provided through Resonance Companies.
